Digital forensics can be a very painstaking task involving hours of attempting to identify the cause and extent of malicious activity. Encari provides low-level end-system analysis coupled with communication analysis to assist in this effort. Immediate and concise inspection can sometimes provide nearly identical reconstruction of the events which transpired and help identify the extent of theft and potential remediation techniques. While there is never a guarantee that all data will be recovered or that the means by which entry was gained will be discerned, these objectives are directly influenced by the class of the intrusion and the availability of key data.

Encari will:

• Provide expert analysis and guidance throughout the data interpretation and documentation phases.
• Work with local, regional and federal law enforcement as appropriate.
• Execute the appropriate incident response procedures as information is collected and examined.
• Follow appropriate chain of custody to limit potential of collected data manipulation.
