Encari was pleased to participate on the vendor panel in the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC)’s May CIP User Group meeting in Albuquerque, NM on May 6, 2009.  This meeting focused on CIP-004-1, Personnel and Training.  Steven Hamburg, Encari Co-Founder, contributed to the discussion, which addressed all considerations contained in this important standard, including awareness and training, personnel risk assessments and access management pertaining to personnel with authorized cyber or authorized unescorted physical access to Critical Cyber Assets.
